Nikhil Nathan Kirsh er fæddur árið 1979 í London. Hann stundaði nám við University of Hertfordshire 1997 – 1998 og lauk BA Honours prófi í ljósmyndun frá Manchester Met. University 2003. Árið 2007 fékk hann kennsluréttindi með áherslu á listkennslu frá Brighton University og lauk MA prófi frá sama skóla 2009.
